Kids Triathlon Training Team Austin Multi-Sport

The Kids Triathlon group was so impressive today. Team Austin Multi-Sport did a warm up, running drills, road bikes 5 miles, and finish the "brick" workout with a 1 mile run. What a great way to finish Spring Break with a team workout. We even had 3 of the team kids on training wheels ride 2 miles. Looking forward to an amazing Spring and Summer Season for these kids!!
